How long will my order take to ship?

Giclée Art Prints are made on demand, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed.

Original oil paintings may be subject to drying time; if applicable this will be noted in the item description.

What is your return policy? 

Original Art is not available for return or exchange, so please consider your purchase carefully before selecting a piece of work.

Giclée Prints are printed on demand on fine art archival quality paper. All prints are carefully checked for quality before shipment and are not available for return or exchange. 

Digital Prints are provided as an instant download, and therefore these purchases cannot be refunded, returned or cancelled.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes! All Giclée prints are available for international shipping. Please see the list below for shipping costs and timeframes.

At this stage, original artworks are only available for delivery in Australia and New Zealand. Please email lauragillart@gmail.com or get in touch here to enquire about international shipping for original artworks.

Shipping costs & timeframes:

• Australia: $10 flat rate per order. Orders are sent via express delivery service.

• New Zealand: $15 flat rate per order. Once shipped, orders take 4-11 working days to arrive.

• Asia Pacific: $20 flat rate per order. Once shipped, orders take 5-28 working days to arrive.

• Europe & United Kingdom: $25 flat rate per order. Once shipped, orders take 5-19 working days to arrive.

• USA & Canada: $30 flat rate per order. Once shipped, orders take 10-24 working days to arrive.

• Rest of the world: $35 flat rate per order. Once shipped, orders take 12-30 working days to arrive.

These delivery times are estimates provided by our delivery partner and are subject to change. If there are significant delays expected for your order, we will attempt to notify you before dispatching your order.

Unfortunately, there are some destinations where we cannot ship orders for logistical reasons. If you an order is placed for delivery in these destinations, it will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Import Duties & Taxes

Some countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the import of your order. These costs are not covered in payments you have made to us.

If applicable, these charges are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.
